Affordable Excellence

The Mitchell Avenue II Senior community was developed in response to strong demand for affordable senior housing options for those aged 62+. These apartments are in a single building with elevator service and are designed to be affordable for households earning below 60% of the Areas Median Income at the time of move-in. Income limits apply at the time of initial screening and qualification. These limits are updated periodically. Once income qualified, generally a household will remain income qualified.  Review the Criteria for Residency to see if you qualify, and feel free to contact management for additional details. For households greater than 8 people, please contact the property manager to learn more about household income limits for larger family sizes. Additional housing is being developed in the area to meet the overwhelming need.
